We are located in North Liberty. As of right now we provide picnics in the North Liberty, Iowa City, and Coralville area.

Picnics can certainly include food as an add-ons (check out our "Add-Ons" section). Water and Sparkling water provided with picnic. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

The time allotted for your picnic is two hours, so please plan accordingly. If you are running late, please let Flourish Picnics know and we will ensure a representative will wait with your picnic until you arrive.

If you need to leave early, you will need to message us with at least a 15 minute notification. Please stay with the picnic items until someone arrives to pick them up. Picnics start at the scheduled time and will end two hours from that time. There will be no adjusting time if you are running late. You will be charged the full amount, regardless if you are there the full two hours.

Payment of your picnic will be due 48 hours before your scheduled picnic. Any picnic "no shows" will be charged the full amount for the scheduled picnic. As of now we are only accepting cash, check, or Venmo (Venmo @Falen-Micka).

You are welcome to BYOB. We are not responsible for any alcohol consumption. We are not responsible for any injuries or incidents that could occur. We do not provide or serve alcohol.

Yes. If there are any damaged or missing items at the end of your picnic, you will be charged to replace these items.

Please wait for a Flourish Picnic representative to arrive to begin the clean-up process. Once someone has arrived, you are free to go!

As of now, we are only taking picnics with a group of 2-6 people. We will eventually grow and be able and open to accommodating larger groups!

Those who do not show up to a scheduled picnic will result in cancellation and no refund will be given.
